ProMaster ignition recall

by David Zatz on

Ram has voluntarily recalled around 18,300 ProMaster vans to repair their ignition contacts, after finding that some may have parts that can lose contact. The supplier appears to be at fault for a problem that can cause intermittent power losses. Power can be restored by turning the vehicle off, then on again.

Ram is unaware of any related injuries or accidents. Instructions will be sent in recall packets.
