Inside the Wrangler rendering

by David Zatz on

How did Susan get to this rendering?

First, she used her prior rendering of a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, which used current cues with some updates. It also has a hard roof — one model may have a steel roof, though it is hard to tell whether these reports are credible or not.

Reports from insiders claimed that the grille would have a bend in it, took tips on the sidelights and other details, and integrated aerodynamic steps such as the revised bumper, which has a recessed winch. The mirrors are more sculpted to let the wind by.  The hood is smoother than the past, without obvious bulges. The “real deal” is expected to have fender vents.

The drawings above were sent in as well, by an anonymous source who said he’d seen the real deal. Visit Susan’s web site.
