Dealer-enthusiast Lloyd Ver Hage

Lloyd A. Ver Hage, a long-time Chrysler dealer and enthusiast who set up a private museum, died unexpectedly at the age of 82. He had run Ver Hage Motors in Holland, Michigan, for 53 years before retiring to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mr. Ver Hage, an avid car collector, shared his collection with tour groups and car clubs. He served in Korea, had a business degree from the University of Michigan, was active in the Pillar Church for over 50 years, and was on the Holland Christian School Board.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 8, at 11 am at Pillar Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Paul Ver Hage Scholarship Fund at Holland Christian School, Paul Ver Hage Memorial Health Fund at the Community Foundation of the Holland Area, or via the Beukelman/Ver Hage Scholarship Fund for Missionary Students attending Calvin College.
