Pacifica garners Ward’s 10 Best award

by David Zatz on

The Chrysler Pacifica has already won a place in the 2016 Wards Auto Ten Best Interiors list, which, this year, had 47 nominees. It is the only FCA vehicle in the list — but then, only one automaker garnered more than one prize.

GM won spots for the Cadillac XT5 and Chevrolet Camaro. Other winners were the Volvo XC90, Nissan Maxima, Mercedes GLC, Lexus RX, Honda Civic, BMW 7, and Audi TTS. The Pacifica was one of four vehicles selling for under $50,000, though the top of the line minivan tested ran to over $48,000. The most expensive car on the list was the BMW, at $129,245.

Vehicles are scored on design/aesthetics, materials, safety, ergonomics/user-friendliness, comfort, value, and fit/finish.
