The Mopar ’16 is… a Ram Rebel

by David Zatz on

Mopar started selling cars under its own brand name in 2010, starting with the Mopar ’10 Challenger and Mopar ’11 Charger. Today, Mopar unveiled its latest car — except it’s a Ram Rebel, the off-road-oriented pickup.

Mopar 16 Ram Rebel

The Mopar ’16 Ram Rebel is based on the standard Rebel, with the V8 and eight-speed automatic; it comes with numerous desirable standard features, as well as a good deal of Mopar gear. The only really functional Mopar addition is an extra skid plate for the power steering box; the rest is mainly cosmetic, partly because the Rebel is already well kitted out.  See the full set of photos / what’s included.
