Back to the future Jeep II

by David Zatz on

2018 Jeep Cherokee

JackRatchett took a pass at forthcoming 2018 Jeep Cherokee, which is reportedly to get more conventional front and rear styling. You can compare this with suzq044’s rendition, posted earlier:

The 2018 Jeep Cherokee is expected to have the same engines as the current model, but with an updated V6 (more efficient, better torque range) and, coming either at launch or afterwards, a 260-280 horsepower Hurricane Four gasoline engine.

As the company tries to reach fuel economy targets, stop-start may extend to all engines, and a Pacifica-like hybrid option may be added, likely as a late-production feature. The axle ratio may be altered as well.
