The route: Hot Rod Power Tour

by David Zatz on

Mopar-driving followers have released their schedule for the Hot Rod Power Tour 2017. On June 10, they plan to head to the Mopar show in Olathe, Kansas.  On June 11, the group plans to visit the en-route antique car museum in Newton, Iowa, and possibly the Iowa 80 Truck Stop / Museum.

This is actually from the CEMA show in June 2016, but you get the idea.

For June 12, the plan is to see the Wheels o’ Time Museum in Davenport. Plans for a road stop near Champaign, Illinois, on June 13, are to be made during the tour.  The group may be able to arrange a tour of The Finer Details restoration shop in Madison on June 14, but this has not been finalized.

For June 15, the group is planning a visit to the Swope Car Museum in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The final day, June 16, the Power Tour ends, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. To stay in touch with the Mopar group’s plans, visit their Facebook page.

The Hot Rod Power Tour kicks off at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, on June 10; subsequent stops are at the Iowa Speedway (Newton), Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds (Davenport, Iowa), State Farm Center (Champaign, Illinois), Gateway Motorsports Park (Madison, Illinois), Lucas Oil Raceway (Indianapolis, Indiana), and Bowling Green Warren County Airport in Kentucky.
