The official vehicle of Canada Day

by David Zatz on

It may be completely overshadowed by the Dodge Caravan in sales, but the Chrysler Pacifica is now the official vehicle of Canada Day.

From June 30 to July 2, 2017, Canada will be celebrating its 150th anniversary with events on Parliament Hill, the Canadian Museum of History, and Major’s Hill Park.

A new Chrysler Pacifica comes off Windsor Assembly Line

FCA Canada is the exclusive OEM sponsor of Canada Day 2017. More than two dozen Velvet Red Pearl Chrysler Pacificas, boasting the official Canada 150 logo, will act as shuttles, and FCA products will be featured in 30-second commercials at the Major’s Hill Park event site. Chrysler Pacifica logos will appear on the large screens at Parliament Hill and around Ottawa.

The Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Caravan are both made exclusively in Windsor, Ontario. Chrysler also builds is Dodge Challenger and Charger and the Chrysler 300 in Brampton, Ontario, and has been present in Canada for over ninety years.
