Wrangler gets discounts and perks

by David Zatz on

Until now, Jeep Wranglers have not been eligible for Friends & Family pricing. Today, though, Jeep announced that the core of its image and off-road credibility will be discounted.

While Friends & Family prices are only available on certain models, the “Jeep Wave” — two years of free maintenance, support, trip interruption coverage, and customer care — will be standard across the board.

Jeep is also launching social programs. #JeepFamily will give one enthusiast the chance to attend the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah; and phase II of the “Badge of Honor” program, an IOS/Android app and online community, is being unveiled. At the same time, Jeep is revealing a new 30-second television and online ad with the custom Jeep song “Young,” performed by Old Dominion for NBC’s “Songland.”

The way to enter the Jeep Safari contest or sweepstakes will be unveiled next week.

The Jeep Wrangler recently earned, for the ninth consecutive year, two Kelly Blue Book Best Resale Value Awards for one of the highest residual values in the industry; keeping high resale values makes adding incentives tricky.  Original story
