Three of the 24th annual IHS Markit loyalty awards went to FCA. The winners were Ram pickups (1500, 2500, and 3500), minivans, (Pacifica), and the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

FCA took three out of 15 segments, more than any other automaker.

IHS Markit analyzes over 17 million new-vehicle registrations; loyalty is defined as when a household that owns a new vehicle returns to market and acquires another new vehicle of the same make, model, or manufacturer.

For 2020, the Ram 1500 diesel was boosted to 480 lb.-ft. of torque; it can tow up to 12,560 pounds, beating F-150 and Silverado 1500 diesels. The Uconnect 4C’s 12-inch touchscreen leads the pickup world.

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica will have the long-rumored all-wheel-drive (AWD) and (on some trims) a new 10.1-inch touchscreen; it remains the only hybrid minivan.
