      Has anyone tried these for removing bolts from tight spaces? And if so, would you recommend them?

      The only problem I can see with using a crowfoot flare nut tool is that the jaws can open and cause rounding of the hex nut if it is really tight and you have to apply "gorilla force" torque.. This is no different ij you were using a conventional open end wrench on a hex nut. If you have space to apply a crow foot wrench, why not use a 6 point socket with extension?
