Welcome to Allpar. Is the problem with the old one oil consumption/burning? Seized or noisy? I don't know your mechanical skill level or special tool inventory, but you may be better off getting a remanufactured unit with a warranty instead of trying to rebuild the unit.
Even at the dealership level there is no turbo service, the procedure isn't covered in the factory service manual. We exchange the unit for a reman unit at the parts counter. You might save yourself from a lot of disappointment, extra work and wasted money by servicing this with a reman. An example:
