The P0440/P0441 aren't necessarily evaporative system leak codes. Your gas cap is probably fine,
The 'general evap system failure' and 'incorrect purge flow' for me have usually been a failed NVLD switch.
Mopar calls it a 'detector', but please continue with your diagnosis to confirm the problem.
