Is that an original Tennessee car? If so, what condition is the underside as far as rust goes? Are the torsion bar boxes in tact?

I've always liked that body style. I had a 64 Sport Fury for a while and still regret selling it. The body was beat up pretty bad, but that 383 was FAST. I sure wish I had the money for a project. That looks pretty solid for having spent some time in the rust belt.
