I am repairing a 69 440 6 pack Road Runner I don't believe the vacuum lines are set up properley, At idle I believe their should be manifold vacuum at both outer carb diaphrams coming from the center carb??
Welcome to the forum. The fitting on the side of the carb passenger side, and curved, is for the distributor, the hookup at the base of the carb, center carb, passenger side and on the baseplate, goes to the two outer carbs, a T in the line to connect the two outer carbs equal. Remember the two outer carbs are vacuum operated, so at idle, it is an extremely rare occasion you will see more than just a tiny movement of the rod connecting to the secondaries when revved, they aren't supposed to. Holley also has the vacuum advancement curve kits, a box of colored springs, to adjust the outer carbs so they open properly.
