Howdy! I am looking for a very hard to find heater control bezel. It is for 1969 to 1970 only, Imperial only, Airtemp only. I have plenty of Autotemp bezels. I have only ever seen one of these bezels. Airtemp may have only been available on Crown models. Information is harder to find for these than muscle cars. Imperial fanatics are scarce. The only picture I had of the bezel was from a craigslist ad of a 1970 Crown that was sold in Havre Montana a few years back, and the computer it was on is now dead.

The Airtemp is the non-ATC HVAC?
I see a Mopar part # 3431271. Use this part # in your quest.
Try the clubs, Hemmings and the Mopar NOS vendors. A decent-looking bright finish rectangular trim piece could probably be made?
Best of luck to you.

Welcome to Allpar. I used to own a '69 when it was only 20 years old, and parts were hard to find for it then. Here's a site you might check:

Online Imperial Club (OIC) for Imperial, Chrysler Imperial, and Chrysler New Yorker Brougham Enthusiasts (at http://www.imperialclub.com/ )

G & N Auto Salvage in Canutillo, Texas, north of El Paso, used to have a 1970 in its yard, but that was years ago:

G & N Auto Salvage | Canutillo, TX (at http://www.gandnautosalvage.com/ )

The only junkyards I knew of north of Austin that had 1970 models are no longer in business. You might try Dr. Mopar near Kyle: 800-369-2438, or [email protected] .
