The truck is a 1989 Dodge Dakota 3.9. Blower motor does not work at any speed so I wasn't thinking the problem was the resistor. But the connector looks like this:

If the resistor connector is so corroded, could that stop even the high speed from operating? It looks bad, even the connector is corroded and melted. I do have power coming to the resistor.

And I figured I'd buy a new resistor and end up at the junkyard for the connector, never had an idea I could get that new. Thanks for the connector links.
I guess I'll be adding the resistor and wiring connector to my next rockauto order.

There isn't much to try and clean, it's almost corroded away to nothing!
