Hi,

is there a certain answer to what the bolt pattern on this van is? The websites I found say anything from 5x4.5" to 8x?"
The van is sitting on 225/75R16 tires right now, but I can not get to it to take a look ...

Much appreciated!

5x4.5" would be the bolt pattern for the lighter duty (B150) van.
The B250 and B350 are likely 8x6.5".

Ca 1985; Mopar went with the 5 x 5.5" bolt pattern on its 5 lug B series and 2WD D series vehicles. The 4WD W series, they had their lug pattern changeover a bit earlier (1981?).

Thanks for the input! Seller checked the rims, it's 8 bolts.
Could someone estimate how difficult it is to get rims fitting that van? In Germany I have not found a lot, and Rockauto doen't have any atm either.

16" 8 X 165.1 by 6" wide is a common 1 ton truck size. Look at Amazon or others. Also used by GM. Rims are out there in both steel and Aluminum.

1980, when they went back to part 4wd.
Dodge/Ram eight lug are common with Ford and Chevy.

Car will be towed from seller to my location, as that is easier in the end. Also because finding rims here and getting them to the seller is not as easy as it might be in the states. Thanks for your input!

Dodge, Ford and Chevy all used the 8 lug on a 6.5" bolt circle but they have different center bores. Ford is the largest at 4.88" so will fit all three. Dodge is next largest at 4.77" so will fit Dodge and Chevy. Chevy is the smallest at 4.55" and won't fit the others. Ford went with the slightly-larger 170mm BCD (6.69" instead of 6.50") when they came out with the Super Duty in about '99 and those wheels won't interchange with the older 6.5" BCD (165mm).

That I do not know, but will make the mistake of assuming that they would be close. Guess I need to hit the junkyard and read some wheels.
