just disconnected neg bat cable, touched to positive terminal for reset
turn key to on position can hear muliple clicks of relays
I think it is both asd and fuel pump relays energising
can also hear fuel pump kick on for 1 to 2 seconds
depressed shreader valve got a tiny hiss of air but no fuel pressure ( key on but not cranking)
if I crank over i get spark, but not even a sputter, sure sounds like no fuel to me.
my tank is more than half full, close to 3/4 when i turn on key reads 1/4
no check engine or trouble codes on dash
will plug in scan tool next

Nope. No inertia switch on any Chrysler products.

just gave a shot of starter fluid started in half a crank and died when fluid was used up
definitely a lack of fuel
fuel lines are not pinched or loose
I'm guessing something shook loose on the pump and now can't pick up fuel from tank.

You are thinking of a Ford product.

Sometimes the fuel pump sock on the pickup comes loose, and the check valve ball comes out, so the pump drains out and won't hold fluid. Since you'll have to pull the pump to fix it, might as well put a new quality one in.

Dropped tank last night, the impact had snapped the metal reservroir on the fuel pump off.
It was just dangling in the tank by the wires

Thanks for the input
