2000 Neon CEL codes: P300, P301, P303

Have a little random rough running with the old Neon. She is a 2000 with auto trans and 225,000 miles. The codes are in the description above. (Random missfire, Cyl 1 missfire, Cyl 3 missfire) So far I have changed the plugs, plug tubes and seals (had a little oil getting in the plugs), valve cover gasket, PCV Valve, and plug wires. Since this code can mean many things, do any of you have other suggestions? I guess I am looking for a list of things to "chase" down. I have to get her fixed before emmissions comes up in 3 months. Thanks.

Diagnose for P0300 as random misfire is the dominant fault code.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:

ENGINE MECHANICAL PROBLEM
ERRATIC CAM/CRANK SENSOR SIGNALS
FUEL SYSTEM PROBLEM
MIS-FIRE CONDITIONS NO LONGER EXIST
OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR MIS-FIRE
SECONDARY IGNITION OR MECHANICAL PROBLEM
