Since the water pump is leaking, you might as well get the timing belt and tensioner changed too. It's a very inclusive job that you only want to do once. I'd also replace the crank and cam seals and take a good look at the center motor mount. Anyone that knows these cars and wants yours is going to negotiate that into a price. Be prepared to take at least $1,000 less for anyone that knows this.
