Blew head gasket on the PT. While I was there I did the timing belt and water pump. Put it back together with a no start. Took it back apart, one tooth off. Fixed that, rotated engine twice all lined up. Put it back together, now have a P0129 barometric pressure code, replaced sensor. No change. Has rough idle and when I press accelerator car runs real rough. Any thoughts?

You did not indicate the specific engine in your PT Cruiser. Do you have the 2.4 liter 4 cylinder turbo engine?

Code P0129 indicates out of range on the barometric pressure sensor. When you performed the head gasket replacement maybe a wiring connector was not reattached to the MAP sensor or the throttle inlet pressure sensor or a vacuum hose is dislodged or broken.
