The lamp ( bulb ) itelf, not the housing assembley.

I had the driver side (both original still) just burn out. The local AutoZone wanted $12 for standard and $17 for upgraded, then up from there for SilverStar and so on. I don't drive the car alot at night so I figured I would check online an order 2 lamps (bulbs) - I had the time. So I ordered 2 x Wagner Lighting Xenon BriteLite pn# BP9007BL based on customer reviews on that companies order site.
Are they (Xenon) any better in reality? - has any one here tried Xenon vs. Halogen in a 200x Neon ?

OK, now I am confused. The lamps I ordered do NOT have a power supply or complete assembly to change. They look exactly like the regular 9007LL , except they say "Xenon, Brighter, Whiter and more Efficient, High/Low beam replaces 9007"

I have less than $10.00 tied up in 2 Wagner Xenon headlights from Amazon - new from the shipper and shipped to my door. " I rolled the dice"...so far so good. I haven't noticed any amazing differences. Right now we have alot of snow here in Minneapolis and all headlights seem white. What I did notice was the width of the lights pattern on the ground. While driving they seem to throw more light to the sides and down than OEM.As to the "whiteness" ...about the same as SilverStar.
