I am doing a complete brake replacement ( pads, rotors, shoes, drums, spring kits, and wheel cylinders ) on my SXT that has 85,xxx mi. on it. I have all of the parts ready to go in, researched DOT 3 fluid is OEM - my question is how much fluid? I want to flush the whole brake system ( recommended by Dodge ) and refill with new fluid - I can't find the total capacity spec anywhere online.

Can anyone here send me a link to a chart, or know the amount?

A quart (liter) bottle should do it. You want the fluid to run clear at all 4 corners before closing the bleeder screw.

Got it. 1 quart. Any brand preference? My local options are Auto Zone, Wal Mart, ORielly. I believe I've seen Prestone and SuperTech at Wal Mart. Both were DOT 3 and met the 116 Vehicle Standard. Any concern about how much/ good a choice is for moisture absorption?
