I just brought home our new/used 2005 T&C with 73000 miles. She has been very well kept and was traded in at the same Chrysler dealer where she was bought. A one owner. And now my issue. The front end makes a creaking, rubber on rubber sounding noise at low speeds when turning or going over bumps. Is this sound typical of bad sway bar bushings? I've never heard of bad bushings on the control arms in the Caravans and T&Cs.?. Both front struts are brand new so I'd eliminate possible bad strut bearings being the cause.
Any thoughts.?.

What brand are the struts? I had a Monroe Quick Strut with a bearing mount noise right out of the box. Canadian Tire exchanged it with no questions.
Another possibility is the sway bar links. That's where I'd look first.

Sway links and bushings and outer tie rod ends were an issue for low-speed (parking lot speed) clunks, creaks and squawks. If you remove the links and the noise goes away, replace the links, nuts and bushings with OEM parts. Check side-to-side play in the outer tie rod ends.
