I recently purchased a 2006 Grand Caravan 3.3 from Canada, equipped with the basic (no tach) instrument cluster showing kilometers.

It bugs me not having a tach, and it would be nice to switch to a speed readout in miles per hour since I do most of my driving in the US.

What are my options for a) getting a cluster with a tach, or b) getting a cluster with a tach and MPH speedometer?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

You are going to need Cluster, wiring and different module or fuse box, the one under the dash, This module also work wit the ac controls
so the donor vehicle needs to have the same AC panel , It will be A lot cheaper just to buy an external tachometer

The following discussion is hard to follow, but it appears that a 2005-2007 instrument cluster might work.

The BCM holds the odometer information, so that shouldn't change.
The BCM also has selectable 'country code' for metric/U.S. changes. That can be changed with a dealer tool.

I see no wiring harness or BCM differences for U.S. or Canadian minivans. The tach information is over the same PCI communications bus as the other gauge information.
Look for a JA9, JCB sales coded cluster or Mopar part # 56044971AB.
