Welcome to Allpar. Possibly the camshaft position sensor (CMP)? See the 'Possible Causes' below. Note that this can also be because of wiring, PCM (rare) and even the Crankshaft Position sensor (CKP).
How many miles? Has the belt been replaced for maintenance?
Non-turbo? The cam sensor is Mopar # 5093508AA or an OEM equivalent.
