I'm a little confused. P0822 indicates a problem with the transmission range sensor. Did you replace the TRS or the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Model)? Okay, I see you had the TIPM tested and reinstalled it. But was the TRS ever replaced? Have you tried to start in neutral?
