Which radio? There should be a sales code (3 letters starting with 'R') on the faceplate. Try a reboot? Search for TSB's?

Remove, pause and reconnect power. The clock will need to be reset, but the preset stations should still be in memory.

Something to try.
I would only let the dealer service any component under warranty. You could try the reboot at the neg battery terminal disconnect.
