I was just informed by my local dealer that I could place an order for an EcoDiesel equipped Grand Cherokee starting today. I called Jeep to confirm and they stated on the lots by September. Patience does pay off. Will update later this weekend how it went.

as of 3:30pm EST I could not order an ecodiesel GC through dealerconnect. So I hope your salesman isnt just blowing smoke.....

Okay, just talked to the sales manager and he reported the truth. No deal. Back to the waiting game. groan.....
