I imagine that the optional power liftgate on the 2014 Grand Cherokee OPENS by power, but does it also CLOSE by power?

Thanks, browens! Your supplemental info on prior Mopar power liftgates has me believing that the one on the 2014 GC has some seasoning behind it!
