I remember a friends 1972 Winnebago motorhome. it had a 413-3 truck engine, way different looking from a car engine. First clue was water heated intake, no crossover passage, second was the plugs, there were angled in and up like the LA engines, third was the exhaust manifolds, massive and ran down from the ports.

One thing on RVs, I learned, do not expect the registration year or model year to match the chassis, I saw many that were 1-2 years older than their model year. The other thing, it was really bad when Chrysler pulled out of the RV market and pretty well left it to GM. The GM P3500 step van chassis just really wasn't up to handling the weight of a big class A motorhome and the 454 Chevy engine had a series drinking problem, mostly caused by sticking to the Quadrajet. On those, anything over a level 45 mph cruise was into the secondaries.
