Yeah, I was in high school. My mom had the 128.
The X1/9 used that same 128 powertrain behind the seats.
I really liked the BetaMontecarlo/Scorpion, a more luxurious version of the X1/9.

I liked the Fiats of that era but a friend had the 1/9 purchased back by Fiat cause of rust. Guess no salty winter roads in Italy..

That's what happened to my buddies Dodge Colt wagon he bought back in the 70's. Was rusting rolling out of the dealership but he loved it anyway.
