As the title says I have a 69 Barracuda, now originally it was a small block with A/C but before it was imported to Australia the owner fitted a 383 and removed the A/C OK. Now I have it and don't know how the heater controls work, I push the buttons on the dash but nothing happens. I see under the dash that there are a number of vaccum lines and am unsure how this system works. Any information would be a help, like where do the vaccum line get their vaccum from?
P.S. I know that BB Barracuda's didn't have the A/C option due to crampt conditions & I don't want to put A/C on the car either.

There should be a vacuum line coming through the firewall from the engine compartment, probably near the brake booster.

Thanks, I'll have to trace it down as I have no hoses entering the engine bay at all, thats what I needed to know anyway

Found the vac lines, there were 3 of them coiled under the dash. Do all 3 get hooked up to the manifold or is one a vent to the air cleaner?
