Thanks

Great! I could have found one at car-part.com , but I figured rather than get one that a junkyard might pull and bugger it up getting it out, that I would see if my automotive friends had something, knowing they would take extra care taking it out. How much? Shipping to zip 85123.

I see there are 2 versions of this regulator. Older is before 4-1-88; the newer version is from 4-1-88. Different part numbers. Need to look at my manufacture date to determine what I have.

Stand By!! BTW, we have a news President here in the States. Soon, sane relations will take place between our two countries!!!

Randy: Van first registered in 4/88, so it's the earlier version regulator. Part # 4480607 (If I am correct, odd number denotes drivers side). I need drivers. Thank You!!

I tool these pics before I saw your post regarding numbers.

I'll try to check for numbers later on today.

We got a huge snowstorm to deal with.

Thanks
Randy

I understand that snow in heavy amounts can be a problem in Alberta this time of year. Good Luck. Don't hurt yourself. Be Safe!!

One has a tag that's readable 4480616 and 314-88 R so that's probably the 314th day 1988??

The other one looks to end with 617 so that's probably the left side.

Not the ones you need but there's one thing I noticed.

The part with the crank splines look the same to me.

If you a find a right side that part might fit yours?

Or maybe from another Chrysler vehicle?

Thanks
Randy

Not having much luck trying to find out if it fits anothr Chrysler vehicle (s). So if you only have regulator ending in 617, it may not fit. Better try and find one ending in 607, just to be on the safe side. Have no information to determine if 617 replaces 607. Best not to assume anything at this point.
I appreciate you taking the time to check all of this out for me. Awaiting a reply from 'Imperial Crown'. He seems to have more tools at his disposal. Stay Safe!! I still might buy yours if all else fails.

I was referring to only the gear part might fit from another Chrysler.

Not sold separately but possibly from another that use regulator tape.

Often the right side isn't as worn out as the drivers side.

Thanks

I would see what other vehicles take the same tape as the one I'm working on.

Possibly the gear part only might fit the vehicle I'm working on??

The actual regulator assembly wouldn't but the gear might.

On mine the gear part is separate from the rest.

Right and left look the same.

Any pics of yours??

Thanks
Randy

I'm too busy with snow to go to your place and take pics of what you actually need.

Thanks
