Got an 05 PTC GT Turbo, Automatic. Drive 5mph and both abs and traction control warning lights come on. Scanning the ABS system reveals no codes, system ok. Any suggestions?

There has to be a fault code stored in either the ABS module or the instrument cluster for the malfunction indicator lights to be on.
What scan tool are you using? Can it display real-time data?

That's what i thought. It was a mechanic friend of mine, don't know what kind of tool it was but looked expensive. After replacing an ac compressor the lights were out. I gunned it to 10 mph outside the shop and they popped back on. He then scanned it twice, once not running with the key on, next with the engine running. I watched as the tool said no codes - system ok.

Read somewhere it could be a s simple as a pump fuse, going to check them all in a few. Checked the fluid level in the reservoir and it was full.
