AN: Minor DRL recall

Around three thousand 2013 Ram 1500s were produced with their daytime running lights inactive, leading to a recall of the vehicles in Canada, where daytime running lights are mandatory. Fewer than 300 have already been sold. The issue is not a flaw in the vehicle itself; the plant was not informed that the Rams were to be sold in Canada, and, accordingly, left the DRL program off.  (Daytime running lights can, on most Chrysler vehicles, be turned on or off by the customer.)
