Probably a supplier problem. I agree it's a customer satisfaction probelm that should be resolved.

Every couple of weeks I give mine a tap with the bottom of my fist to pop it back in.

Of course deakers were adviced of the fix, read those bulletins, or take a look at a new Jorney see whatps new, what has been changed.

I don't work at a dealer, would you happen to know which bulletin?
