I don't think that the dealer even services these driveshafts. We usually sent them out to a driveshaft/u-joint shop for rebuild.
You could try to see if a manufacturer name and part # are printed on the boot.
A vendor like Hardy-Spicer or GKN might have manufactured them for Chrysler.
