These systems are notoriously unreliable, and parts for repair are often prohibitively expensive. You might consider retrofitting a standard master cylinder to the system. I know OklahomaWolf has done this on several cars. You may want to get in touch with him.

Huh, I remember someone outfitting their Imperial (or one of those AC/AY cars, I can never keep them straight) with standard brakes. And Valiant, you're right... I saw the "B" in a topic on ABS and I jumped to conclusions...
