So now car is started up 3.5 years after i bought her. She runs perfectly as far as now but now i have some small irritating issues before i can license the car.

Dash-light for brake is constantly on. When i tightened the footbrake it seemed to to have come on. But when i loosened the contact it was still on. Does the light warn me of something? I have done some changes in backlights -like making blinkers of the revers -light. Can this have influeced the dash-light?

Check the switch itself, it may be stuck enough to stay on all the time.

My car does that once in a while.
I just hook my foot under the parking brake and lift up.
it goes out for weeks before comming back on.
I dont use my parking brake much.
