Can you add a power liftgate to a mini van?

Hello,
My wife now regrets buying the mini van we have now only because it does not have the power liftgate. Is it possible to add this feature of a mini van that only has the manual type? I have read on the internet that aftermarket units are available (you know that everything on the internet is true) but find it hard to believe. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
I tried Braun thinking that they may offer the liftgate lift off their rear entry model. But the rep. I talked to said that it didn't work that way.
