I have found a complete 1955 Plymouth for sale that I am seriously interested in. It has been sitting and is a fixer upper (Doesn't run). The only issue is that it doesn't have a title. The current owner never had a title. I was wondering that if the car is repaired, can a title be acquired? (car will be bought in Michigan and hopefully titled in Ohio.)

Something to keep in mind, some states if a car has been totalled by its insurance company, the title is taken and the state won't issue a new one or issue a "salvage" title. Because to many people in their state ripped people off selling previously wrecked cars without disclosing that it had previously been wrecked so bad it was deemed NOT cost effective to repair.
