Hi everyone
I was digging in my back yard and about a foot or so down I found this little plaque/plate along with a bunch of brass and copper pieces/parts. It measures approx. 1" x 2 5/16" Stainless steel silver color. Any info. would be much appreciated. I live in Warren, MI
Thanks
In the 19-teens and 1920's many cars still had wood and fabric as a body structure material. The first enclosed all-steel bodies were a quantum leap in safety, rigidity cost-savings and quietness. Dodge started the first mass-produced all-steel bodies in 1914.
Budd made quality steel car bodies for many companies for many years until Chrysler absorbed them in the 1950's.
