How difficult is it to change the fender on a 2000 concorde?

Do you have to remove the bumper completely?

Thanks.

The front fascia can be unbolted and lowered onto the ground. You may want to lay a something soft under it like a sheet of cardboard or cloth so it doesn't get scratched. Unplug the foglights, parking/sidemarker light connectors, etc from underneath before detaching the fascia.
The inner fender shield plastic retainers and hood can be removed and out of the way for more room to work. At least prop the hood up so that the hinge and prop can be unbolted. Loosen the radiator crossbrace so the old fender can be removed and the new one laid in. Start all the bolts, but don't snug them until the fender lines up with all of its surroundings.

Next question:
All four door gaskets are loose. its like they are too small for the door frames. is this a common problem?

Yes, out of warranty we offered to cut the door opening moulding under the step plate so it wouldn't show as much and then refit the mldg. to the door opening all around.
The gaps from the shrunken weatherstrip mldg. can allow water leaks into the interior and make for stinky carpets.
