Hi, I have a 2002 LE PT. I just got it and after 2 days of driv8ng it all over ive noticed some issues and I'm not sure where to start. First when I press the accelorator and I'm above 30 mph or so it seems to swerve to the left, when the accelorator is released it swerves to the right. Its not uncontrollable but it is a bit unnerving. Secondly when I turn corners or hit bumps in the road it makes a clunking noise from eother tire area depending on whoch way I turn etc. I'd appreciate any insight before I go to a shop. Thanks

Welcome to Allpar. It sounds like lower control arm bushings are severely worn and may have separated. This will make them very 'sloppy'. Have the front suspension, steering components and motor mounts checked for any issues.
The bushings are 'captive' which means that they won't separate completely, but can do what you are describing. http://ts4.mm.bing.net/th?id=H.4870859160486823&pid=1.7
