I only have the parts books for 92 and 93. The A523 clutch cable retainer is PN 5206245. It might fit. Arizona Parts has them for $10, says it fits 1979-94.

The retainer clip has a rubber grommet on it to prevent the cable from fraying. It may or may not come with a new clip.
