True. There may be a glass 'learn' procedure covered in your owners manual where you teach the glass upstop and downstop.
Keep holding the up switch up after the glass reaches the top until you hear a 'click' and then run the glass to the bottom and hold the down switch until you hear a 'click'. This should complete glass memory learning.
The stop limits may have been inadvertently erased with a dead battery or battery disconnect. Chrysler also has released software upgrades for the door modules on certain year convertibles.
