Yes, most of them had it. The factory packaged it and undercoating together and I believe both were often part of the Basic Group that was on many, many of these cars.
That may not apply every year as it could have been standard some years but I know it was available every year. By this time many of these pads have deteriorated to the point they have been removed. There are repop pads out there, I haven't tried one yet.
