Daimler Set to Revive Plymouth Brand

3831 Views 16 Replies 12 Participants Last post by  dartndodge
The title is the header of an article on Carbuzz.com: http://carbuzz.com/news/2013/4/1/Daimler-Set-to-Revive-Plymouth-Brand-7713668/ where it states:
The idea is to make Plymouth an entry-level brand for Mercedes
and:
Daimler demanded to have a clause added in the final agreement that stated any brands that could potentially be discontinued after the merger would become the sole property of Daimler.
Anyone able to validate this?

Thanks Marlon. I've been bothered by this and did not consider it to be an AFJ.
